Banana Pancake Chia Jam
Ingredients2 ripe All Good Bananas 3 TBS maple syrup 1 TBS lemon juice ½ tsp cinnamon 2 TBS chia seeds |
MethodMakes approx. 1 ½ cups of jam Blend everything apart from the chia seeds in a blender until smooth. Stir through the chia seeds and set in the fridge for at least an hour. Serve your chosen way and enjoy within 3 days. |
