Cut apples into small slices and place with frozen berries in an oven proof dish. Drizzle with maple syrup. In a large bowl mix all topping ingredients. Rub through the vegan butter until it’s nice and crumbly. Spread the crumble mixture onto the fruit base and pack down. Sprinkle extra brown/coconut sugar on top for a additional crunch.Bake for 40 minutes until apples are soft. Serve fresh out the oven with oat milk!
