All Good Banana & Coconut Milk Chia Pudding

Ingredients 

1 All Good Banana
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup All Good Coconut Milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 - 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup 
pinch of salt
optional toppings: sliced banana, toasted coconut flakes, berries

 Method

Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl, then mix in the chia seeds.
Add the coconut milk, vanilla, maple syrup (adjust to taste), and a pinch of salt. 
Lightly whisk with a fork and ensure there are no clumps. 
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours or up to 5 days.
Once set, add your toppings and enjoy!
